Sapna Shah, CFA, CAIA
Senior Managing Director
Sapna Shah, CFA, CAIA is a Senior Managing Director at Angeles. In her role, she partners with institutional investors to effectively manage investment, governance and operational considerations related to their investment portfolios. In addition, she co-leads the firm’s internal and external efforts related to sustainability. She previously worked at PIMCO where she served in multiple leadership roles, first as a senior account manager in the U.S. institutional corporate client management team and eventually as the head of corporate responsibility in the executive office. Prior to joining PIMCO, she was with the equity research group of JPMorgan Asset Management as well as the finance department of SKS Microfinance. Sapna received her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Sapna also serves on the Boards of the Los Angeles Education Partnership and the West LA College Foundation.
