Nick Shaver

Co-Chief Compliance Officer, Co-Chief Operating Officer

Nick joined Angeles Investments in 2014 as the Investment Performance Supervisor and returned in 2019 as the Compliance Officer before becoming Chief Operating Officer/Chief Compliance Officer in 2025. Before Angeles, he held multiple director-level operational roles at Nike Inc., where he focused on legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in his career, he worked in KPMG LLP’s audit practice, specializing in financial services. Nick earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He was previously licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, expired) in California and Colorado.
